Using GRDN Helper
By using the app or website you agree to these terms. You must be 18 or older, or have the consent of a parent or guardian. Keep your account info accurate and your password safe.
Neighbors & providers
GRDN Helper connects homeowners, HOAs, volunteers and local providers. We are not a party to the work agreements made between them. Treat each other with respect, follow local laws, and honor the commitments you make.
Content you post
You keep ownership of what you post. You grant us a license to display it inside the app so neighbors and providers can see it. Don't post anything illegal, hateful, or that infringes someone else's rights.
Payments
Where payments are handled in-app, they're processed by trusted third-party processors. Disputes between neighbors and providers should be resolved directly first; we may help mediate where appropriate.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it running and secure, but we don't guarantee specific results from any service booked through GRDN Helper.
