GRDN Helper ("we", "us") operates a neighbor-powered mobile app for finding trusted local garden, lawn and outdoor help. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

What we collect

• Account info: name, email, phone, neighborhood.
• Service info: requests you post, messages, ratings, photos you choose to upload.
• Device & usage: app version, OS, crash data, anonymized analytics.
• Approximate location, only when you grant permission, to match you with nearby helpers.

How we use it

To run the app, match neighbors with providers, prevent fraud, support you, and improve the product. We do not sell personal data.

Sharing

Limited info is shared with the providers and HOAs you choose to engage with, plus trusted processors (hosting, analytics, payments) under contract.

Your rights

You can access, export or delete your data from inside the app, or by emailing privacy@grdnhelper.app.
